We approach strategic marketing planning with a systematic methodology in collaboration with the client.  The process takes from 4-6 weeks. RIM’s fresh approach challenges the traditional, thinks outside the square and explores applications of new media and technology, underpinned by solid marketing principles.   Most of all we make sure the strategy process is engaging, the team has ownership of the plan and we have a bit of fun along the way.

consultation & workshop.

Each strategy session is kicked off with a workshop that focus on uncovering your objectives and current challenges, distilling the key facts to base our plan.  Beliefs are challenged in a fun and non confronting way.  All team members are able to participate, no matter what their communication style.  Strategic concepts are mooted and tested.  At the end of the workshop RIM takes away existing and uncovered priorities, an understanding of the market and its nuances with which to work to develop strategic priorities.


Strategic concepts are presented to the client and their team for feedback and refining.  Once agreed, an roadmap action plan is devised detailing what should be completed each month to implement the plan.  If required, draft costing is provided for budgeting purposes. We can work with your team to implement the plan, building capacity or use our services and suppliers to implement for you.
